Owner Terry Melton is a 3^rd generation home builder, continuing the ideals and ethics of hardwork, quality, honesty, and integrity that have been in place since the early 1900’s .

We have built and remodeled homes in Bartlesville, Owasso, Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Skiatook, Pryor, Collinsville, Ponca City, Pawhuska, Coffeyville Ks., Independence Ks., and Grand Lake area.                                                             

While the primary focus of Terry Melton Construction is the framing of new homes, We have extensive experience in building custom homes, additions, remodels including  decks, porches, patios, and garages, as well as commercial building and maintenance.
